• Once you purchase any of the services, you will be prompted to provide personal information such as your name, email address and phone number. In case of one to one consultations you may also be asked to fill out a questionnaire. Contents of all the above will be kept confidential.

• I do not offer legal, medical or psychiatric advice. Everything shared on this website and through the services offered is based on my educational qualifications and knowledge along with all the experience accrued over the years. I offer suggestions and strategies that I encourage you to implement in your life but it is not possible to guarantee their success rate.

• Content displayed on this website and the social media pages affiliated with it are copyrighted and should be linked back to the original source when shared.

• Once a service has been purchased, the fee is payable in full before the service begins.

• Cancellation of workshops will be 50% refundable until 7 days prior to the date of the workshop. Any cancellation thereafter will not be refunded.

• Cancellation of one-to-one Consultations will be 75% refundable if made 72 hours prior to the date of consultation. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the date of consultation will not be refunded

• All efforts will be made to accommodate an alternative date in case I am unable to conduct a workshop or consultation session.
